Research by Tyler Kartzinel, PhD ’12, and his colleague Tyler Coverdale is the subject of “Gorongosa Field Notes: Going Back in Time Four Decades,” part of a video series produced by the E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation. It follows Kartzinel and Coverdale as they recreate vegetation surveys done in Mozambique’s Gorongosa National Park in the 1970s to understand what has changed in that time. Kartzinel is currently a postdoctoral research associate at Princeton University.
