Ecology alumna Sara Beresford, director of the EcoFocus Film Festival, was profiled in the March 2012 issue of Georgia Magazine. Beresford received a master’s degree in conservation ecology and sustainable development from UGA in 2000. EcoFocus, an initiative of the Odum School of Ecology, informs and inspires audiences about environmental issues through film. The 2012 festival takes place from March 23-31 in Athens.
