Job responsibilities include:

• Writes press releases distributed by the UGA News Service and featured in publications such as Columns, Research magazine and other publications.
  
  
• Coordinate promotional and publication materials, including flyers, brochures, etc.
  
  
• Maintain and contribute to design of Odum School web site.
  
  
• Staff contact for seminar series
  
  
• Plans several annual and special events, including annual awards banquet, Odum Lecture, graduation receptions, Chili Cook-Off and more. This includes photographing the events.
  
  
• Alumni contact.
  
  
• Maintains listservs.
  
  
• Prepare Annual Report.
  
  
• Other duties as assigned.
