Job responsibilities include:

• Curate collection. Acquires, manages, organizes, preserves, and interprets information which supports a special collection/archive.
  
  
• Identify, collect, and process manuscripts, papers, theses, books and other materials to be used for research.
  
  
• Create/compile bibliographies.
  
  
• Assist researchers in the use of archived material requiring advanced knowledge of collection and ecological nomenclature.
  
  
• Occasionally contributes to publications.
  
  
• Maintain effective working relationship with University libraries and special collections.
  
  
• Assisting with assembly of a comprehensive database of UGA faculty outside Odum School with overlapping interests.  
  
  
• Other duties as assigned.
