Job responsibilities include:

• Customer service for the Coweeta LTER grant and liaison for the grant and the Odum School.
  
  
• Process travel authorities, check request, travel expense statement and travel distribution form for the Coweeta LTER grant.
  
  
• Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the Coweeta vehicles, as well as scheduling the use of Coweeta vehicles.  
  
  
• Responsible for Coweeta LTER P-card purchases and processing P-card statements weekly and monthly.
  
  
• Responsible for monthly status for the Coweeta LTER grant and transmitting the balanced reports to the lead PI.  
  
  
• Process stipend payments for people receiving summer salary from the Coweeta LTER grant.  
  
  
• Assist with scheduling Coweeta LTER seminars. Process related travel authorities and travel expense statement. Make necessary arrangements with caterers when necessary for seminars. Greet Coweeta LTER visiting scholars at the Georgia Center. Reserve guest rooms and conference rooms when necessary.
  
  
• Assists with front office responsibilities when the Administrative Assistant is unavailable (performed on a rotating basis with other front office staff).
  
  
• Assist the Accountant as needed and time permits.   Duties may include but are not limited to typing check request and travel authorities and making P-card purchases.  
  
  
• Additional duties as assigned.
